SAVE TIME ! BUY YOUR TICKET ONLINE

Electronic tickets are to be print out or transferred to your cell phone; they allow visitors to go directly to the waiting areas designated for visitors with tickets at the date and time chosen. It is no longer necessary to wait in line to buy tickets.

The e-ticket is to be purchased in advance on the official Eiffel Tower website at least the day before your visit.

Simply follow the instructions step by step, and consult the online help service for additional information if needed!

A FEW SUGGESTIONS…

  • Select Select
    • your visit: elevator to the 2nd floor (access to the 1st and 2nd floors) or to the top for 3rd floor access. Stair entrance tickets are not sold online.
    • the date and the number of persons (the entrance rates will be displayed at this point).
  • Choose time of visit Choose time of visit
    The times are shown in green. If all the times are taken, the following message will be displayed: “no tickets available for the date requested”.
    Choose another day (or purchase your ticket for immediate entry at the monument ticket counters).
  • Please complete your contact information.
  • Pay with a credit card Pay with a credit card
    Check your basket before validating (if the indicated purchase information of the item in your shopping basket is not correct, click on “back to home” and delete the item before beginning a new purchase). No modification of date, number of visitors, etc… nor reimbursement is possible after validating*.
  • Print out Print out your e-ticket or transfer it to your cell phone. If lost or damaged, it is possible to print it out again. Once you have presented your e-ticket and entered the monument, it will automatically be invalidated online.
  • cell phone To enter the Eiffel Tower, you must show a valid e-ticket (no entry with only a reservation number) :
    • either the print out on a letter-size sheet of paper that clearly identifies your first and last name and the information concerning the visit purchased, especially the bar codes and numbers.
    • or your cell phone with the bar codes displayed on the screen. Make sure that your phone is compatible with bar code systems.

* Pursuant to article L.121.20.4 of the Consumer Code, electronic tickets are not subject to retraction. All e-ticket sales are final and no retraction claim by visitors will be honored.
